Break your stress eating


Breaking stress eating is not easy. Sometimes it is not appropriate to express the negativity. With an extra bite of sweet or drink we tend to bury our stress and frustration deeper. Literally, we laid the food to rest into our body's cells. Breaking stress eating  habits could restore metabolic function of  liver, kidneys and other "cleaning" body organs.
As a consequences of stress eating habits, the cells "gain fat" instead of normal working and neutralizing the toxins. With stress eating we deceive ourselves emotionally and physically.

Their general Guidelines are:
  • Make smart choices from every food group.
  • Find your balance between food and physical activity.
  • Get the most nutrition out of your calories.
The most people are aware of it, but still almost every other beginning fails... miserably.New fancy diet, new pills, new fitness center over the corner what you would like to visit... next Monday... maybe.
