Break your stress eating

Breaking stress eating is not easy. Sometimes it is not appropriate to express the negativity. With an extra bite of sweet or drink we tend to bury our stress and frustration deeper. Literally, we laid the food to rest into our body's cells. Breaking stress eating  habits could restore metabolic function of  liver, kidneys and other "cleaning" body organs.
As a consequences of stress eating habits, the cells "gain fat" instead of normal working and neutralizing the toxins. With stress eating we deceive ourselves emotionally and physically.
Eating right and being physically active aren't just a "diet" or a "program"—they are keys to a healthy lifestyle. With healthful habits, we may reduce our risk of many chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, and certain cancers, and increase our chances for a longer life. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans has been published jointly every 5 years since 1980 by the
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Department of Agriculture (USDA). Find the last Brochure of 2005 here. We expect a new Brochure from these respectful Agencies soon in 2010.
Their general Guidelines are:
  • Make smart choices from every food group.
  • Find your balance between food and physical activity.
  • Get the most nutrition out of your calories.
The most people are aware of it, but still almost every other beginning fails... miserably.New fancy diet, new pills, new fitness center over the corner what you would like to visit... next Monday... maybe.
The general problems people have with healthy eating are:
  • Lack of knowledge and misleading with advertisement industry

Unknown Tchaikovsky's Museum

Not so many people know about unique Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky Museum in Alapayevsk.

The genius Russian Composer Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky was born on May 7, 1840, in Votkinsk in the Vyatka district of Russia. In May 1849 his father Ilia Tchaikovsky had received a work assignment as a manager of ferrous metallurgy railway station in Alapayevsk, one of the oldest centers of industry, with the first factory built in 1704. Tchaikovsky's family was living in Alapayevsk from May 1849 until September 1852. During that time future composer studied piano and had intensive home training for his career. His youngest brothers, twins Anatolii and Modest, were born in Alapayevsk on May 1850. The composer himself left the town in August 1850, at the age of ten, when he was enrolled at the preparatory class of the Imperial School of Jurisprudence in Saint Petersburg.

In 1965 a commemorative Museum was established at the site of the Tchaikovsky's family home at Alapayevsk. It was organized and supported by few enthusiastic music teachers and had absolutely unique collection of antic music instruments, furniture, scripts and documents from private
archives and public donations. It contains exclusive historical evidences about Tchaikovsky's life
and unique  micro-model  exhibits of Tchaikovsky's residence in Alapayevsk. All rooms are designed in middle 19th century style according to historic pictures and culture of that time.

The  Tchaikovsky's Museum in Alapayevsk is one of a kind, and  it deserves to be known.
In the Honor of Peter  Ilich Tchaikovsky, the greatest composer
in the world, in regard with his Anniversary Year, 2010.
